The British hotel offers traditional Maltese cuisine. The restaurant has a large open terrace overlooking the Grand harbour which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests and non residents.

It would be advisable to book a table if one wants a table on the balcony. Some of the most popular dishes offered is Rabbit cooked in Red or White wine, Stuffed Vegetables, Local Fish and Minestra (vegetable soup).

The hotel bar is located on the 2nd floor, there is also the TV lounge. This is also the best location for guests who want to access the free Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. If one does not have a computer, its also possible to buy internet tickets from the reception to access the hotel internet computer on this floor.

There is also the roof terrace on the 6 th floor where one can enjoy drinks bought from the bar or just lie relaxing on the sun terrace.
